Providing support in our distribution and fabrication departments. In the distribution department, you are responsible for ensuring that our valued customers' orders are processed to meet each customer's individual expectations. From receiving shipments, to stocking shelves, to pulling parts, to filling orders, to packaging and shipping. All our Warehouse Associates are instrumental in keeping our customers demand fulfilled and are the last line of defense in preventing potential CAPA's (process or product nonconformance) from leaving the building. In the fabrication department as a Machine Operator, you are responsible for cutting gaskets that meet quality standards and on time delivery. Computer skills, a high attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while working independently and within an efficient team are needed.

In The Distribution/Warehouse
- Complete initial quality checks
- Receive material from freight carriers and put in correct bin locations
- Tag material with all pertinent information
- Create level one certifications
- Communicate clearly with freight carriers regarding pickup and delivery needs
- Ship all packages using FedEx and UPS software
- Organize orders by date required
- Provide clear documentation on order fulfillment
- Verify all materials and dies are correct before starting work on a job
- Follow ISO procedures for quality checks on produced gaskets
- Continual visual inspection for accuracy of parts produced
- Place all finished parts in the correct bin locations
- Retag material with updated lengths when job is complete
- Clean work area before starting next job and at the end of the workday
- Meet commitments while working independently
- Ability to work with as a team when necessary

- Maintain lean principles that lead to continued productivity increases
- Complete job(s) in quoted time and always strive to improve production times
- High School Degree or equivalent (GED)
- 2 Years Experience in a warehouse environment
- Attention to detail
- Legible Handwriting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to operate scales to accurate weight counts
- Ability to Speak and Read English
- Ability to read tape measure and record accurate measurements
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Aptitude to learn and adjust to changing procedures and environments
