Duties and Responsibilities
Perform standard responsibilities as an Industrial Maintenance Manager to include :
- General maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial machinery; mechanical transmissions; pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Allocate workload and supervise staff
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Working knowledge of power distribution systems
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety programs
- Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Ensure that designated buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive support / solutions when required
- Spare parts inventory management
- Working knowledge of staff development and training
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Teamwork :
Daily communication with Plant Manager to be sure objectives are met.
Support and comply with company policies and procedures as applicable.
Demonstrate a positive and supportive attitude.
