Job Summary:
The Lead Generation Specialist will play a crucial role in driving the sales pipeline by identifying potential customers, nurturing leads, and scheduling product demos for the sales team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and will help position Engineerica Systems as a leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and CRM databases.
- Proactively reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn to introduce Engineerica System’s solutions.
- Qualify leads based on their needs and interest in the company’s products or services.
- Schedule product demos and coordinate calendars between prospective clients and the sales team.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and demo scheduling targets.
- Continuously seek ways to improve outreach and lead nurturing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospective clients.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and sending outreach emails.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
