Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads by developing and implementing effective strategies to attract new property owners to our portfolio, utilizing various channels such as online platforms, phone outreach, and networking.
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring it contains accurate, real-time data on leads, prospects, and clients. Promote consistent and correct usage within the Business Development team.
- Qualify leads and arrange appointments for the Business Development team to facilitate successful deal closures.
- Conduct accurate data entry and produce regular reports reflecting lead progression, conversion rates, and sales activities.
- Collaborate closely with BDMs to enhance their lead generation efforts and ensure a smooth transition of leads through the sales pipeline.
- Partner with the marketing team to support the creation of campaigns aimed at attracting new leads and enhancing company visibility.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Leadsimple or similar.
- Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
