Job Overview

We are in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generation and CRM Support Specialist to become an integral part of our remote team. This role is pivotal in generating leads, effectively managing our CRM system, and providing essential support to our Business Development Managers (BDMs), thereby facilitating seamless information flow and contributing to our ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, phone outreach, and networking activities.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate, real-time information on leads, prospects, and clients.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Business Development team to enhance closure rates.
  • Conduct data entry and produce regular reports detailing lead progress, conversion rates, and sales activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the BDM team to bolster lead generation initiatives and ensure a smooth transition of leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Partner with the marketing team to assist in devising campaigns aimed at attracting new leads and elevating company visibility.

  • Proficiency in prioritizing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Leadsimple or equivalent.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing remote work environment.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and address needs.
  • Understanding of data relevance in supporting business objectives.
  • Interest in the vacation rental or property management field.

Qualifications

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Previous experience in lead generation or CRM management is advantageous.
  • Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
