Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, phone outreach, and networking activities.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate, real-time information on leads, prospects, and clients.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Business Development team to enhance closure rates.
- Conduct data entry and produce regular reports detailing lead progress, conversion rates, and sales activities.
- Collaborate closely with the BDM team to bolster lead generation initiatives and ensure a smooth transition of leads through the sales pipeline.
- Partner with the marketing team to assist in devising campaigns aimed at attracting new leads and elevating company visibility.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
