## Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our Consulting Engineering team as an Part-Time Secretary/Clerk. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of the company.

## Duties
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and sending out reminders
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence

## Skills
- Required:
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Nice-to-have:
- Knowledge of construction industry a plus
