Reporting to the CEO & President, the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is a strategic executive role responsible for developing and executing the human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the firm. The CHRO stewards our People First approach and oversees talent acquisition, organizational and performance management, employee engagement, compliance, rewards and recognition, compensation and benefits, and the cultivation of a positive and productive workplace culture.
Primary Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership :
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the firm's goals, emphasizing talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Talent Acquisition and Management :
Lead efforts to attract, recruit, and retain top engineering, technical and professional talent.
Organizational Development :
Drive initiatives that support the firm’s growth, including leadership development, change management, and organizational design.
Culture and Employee Engagement :
Advance our People-First commitment founded on the principle of servant leadership where every member not only thrives but also has a fulfilling and meaningful experience.
Rewards and Recognition, Compensation and Benefits :
Develop and oversee rewards and recognition programs to enhance employee motivation, engagement and morale.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within an engineering, technical, professional services or related industry.
Overall Annual Compensation comprises of : Base, Bonus (target max), Executive LTIP
