Job Description
The Sponsor requires support for SharePoint development and administration to create and manage multiple SharePoint sites and manage all Sponsor information for the workforce. Dashboards, workforce engagement activities and major collaborative efforts will be driven by the use of SharePoint.
General Duties
The SharePoint Developer shall do work that involves the design, documentation, development, modification, testing, installation, implementation, and support of new or existing SharePoint applications. This temporary position is remote (WFH) at this time but is subject to change at any time at the direction of the government. The SharePoint Developer shall do work that involves, but is not limited to:- Analyzing and refining systems requirements;- Translating systems requirements into applications prototypes;- Planning and designing systems architecture;- Writing, debugging, and maintaining SharePoint applications. ;- Designing user interfaces;- Working with customers to test applications;- Assuring software and systems quality and functionality;- Writing and maintaining program documentation;- Evaluating new SharePoint applications.
Qualifications- Minimum of five (2) years of experience designing and developing Sharepoint applications. Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in an IT-related field.- Experience with working on full project life cycle starting with requirements gathering all the way to unit testing and system documentation.- Experience working in an agile development environment.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- US Citizenship is required.
