Vice President, Corporate Strategy
About the role :
We're seeking a seasoned strategist to lead our Corporate Strategy function. This pivotal role will report directly to the SVP of Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, and Investor Relations. You'll work very closely with our executive team, including the CEO and Executive Chairman, to shape our long-term vision and drive strategic initiatives.
In this role, you will :
- Strategic Leadership : Advise executive leadership on corporate strategy, including value creation opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape analysis.
- Strategic Planning : Oversee the annual strategic planning process, setting multi-year strategic goals and priorities.
- Executive Forums : Lead the agenda and content for critical executive forums, such as board meetings, quarterly business reviews, and executive leadership offsites.
- Internal Consulting : Drive high-impact projects, acting as an internal consulting team to address complex strategic challenges.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with divisional strategy, finance, and operations teams to execute strategic initiatives.
