As a Sales Manager for our England Carrier Services team, you will oversee the sales growth of the team by delegating and coordinating daily activities of all members of the team. In this role you will be responsible for the coaching and mentoring of a group of Account Managers, leading the growth and development of current accounts in addition to new business. You will also be responsible for ensuring your team is meeting and exceeding their set goals on a weekly basis, this will ensure the fundamental growth and profitability of the team. What You'll Do:
- Lead the hiring, training, and development of a high-performing inside sales team.
- Conduct individual performance reviews and track results for Account Managers.
- Craft and present winning strategies to clients and carriers.
- Monitor daily margins to ensure your team meets revenue targets.
- Participate in strategic management meetings.
- Set the pace for your team, achieving and exceeding both individual and group goals.
- Lead by example, creating a culture of dedication and success.
What You Bring:
- 3 years of direct sales experience.
- 1 year of management or supervisory experience, in sales leadership.
- Strong persuasive and influential skills, with a background in performance-based environments.
- Expertise in handling and analyzing large datasets.
- Exceptional communication, phone sales, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Dynamic interpersonal skills and a winning personality.
