Position Overview:
The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations across public facing business units, field crews, and project sites. This role ensures that teaming, client, resource, and administrative needs are met to keep public infrastructure projects on track and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple active jobs.
- Track project and personnel timelines to assist BUs in identifying gaps in work or needed sales
- Coordinate with BD & Marketing departments to identify needed opportunities
- Help prepare internal reports and dashboards for resource allocation, workload distribution, and project performance.
- Communicate with other consultants for teaming opportunities.
- Serve as liaison between business units and corporate personnel to ensure smooth communication and timely support.
- Participate in operational process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in operations support or project coordination—preferably in engineering, construction, or public works.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in both office and field support environments.
