ADON Responsibilities :

Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring high-quality care.

Provide mentorship and support to nursing team members.

Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies.

Conduct regular rounds to ensure resident care plans are being followed.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote a holistic approach to resident care.

Address and resolve any concerns related to nursing services.

ADON Qualifications :

Active RN license in Ohio (required).

Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings (preferred).

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care.

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
