Job Summary:
Englewood Health seeks an experienced Campaign Specialist to take Development to the next level and advance the organization's fundraising efforts. Reporting to the Campaign Director, the Campaign Specialist is responsible for the daily activities associated with the execution of the Capital Campaign plan. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to a high degree of professionalism and strong attention to detail. The Specialist will provide support to team members and volunteers to assure that all aspects of the Campaign are managed in a professional and timely manner.

Hours: 9am-5pm (Onsite role 5 days)
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
1. Coordinates heavy volume of campaign meetings and appointments, including scheduling, calendar management and supervision of all associated logistics.
2. Develops and prepares campaign prospect profiles.
3. Maintains campaign records and files, including donor record updates and files.
4. Develops campaign reports and updates.
5. Produces and disseminates all campaign related correspondence and publications.
6. Coordinates administrative activities associated with the campaign.
7. Provides direct administrative support to campaign volunteers.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.
- Three (3) years’ experience in a Development office required
- Proficient in MS Word, Mail Merge, Excel, PowerPoint and social media experience.
- Raisers Edge experience a plus; or comparable CRM application
- Exceptional customer service experience skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
