What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concierge position at English Meadows Senior Living Communities?
Do you like to interact with people? Are you courteous, kind, helpful, resourceful, and give that extra bit of above and beyond? Is your southern hospitality contagoius? The Terraces at Lakewood is a catered apartment complex on the campus of Lakewood Assisted Living and ALMemory Care. This part-time position is integral to our team. Saturday and Sundays every weekend 10:00a-6:00p. Job duties:
Answering phone with a smile. Directing vendors and deliveries. One to one interaction with residents and their families, friends, and guests. Assisting with special events. Project assignments such as typing, designing, printing, distributing letters/flyers. Making rounds throughout the community and restocking supplies. Tours. - Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of long-term care terminology or operations is a plus
- Experience with data entry and maintaining databases
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
