We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Director to join our senior living community team. The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase occupancy, enhance English Meadows Brand awareness, and strengthen our community's reputation in the area and beyond market. Duties / Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the goals of the community and drives occupancy growth
- Collaborate with the Vice-President of Sales and Marketing to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns that generate leads and convert them into move-ins
- Plan and oversee the execution of events and outreach efforts to build brand awareness and strengthen relationships with local referral sources and other keys stakeholders
- Manage the community's online presence, including the website, social media accounts, and online listings, ensuring all content is up-to-date, accurate, and engaging
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to continually refine and optimize our marketing strategy and tactics
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective and aligned with our overall business objectives Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred, but not required)
- 5 years of experience in marketing, with a track record of success in a senior living or healthcare environment
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and digital marketing channels
- Knowledge of the senior living industry and regulations is a plus
