Our revolutionary, unit-level map data and interactive visuals within our SightMap, TouchTour and Asset Intelligence product lines allow both property owners and prospective renters to better ensure occupancy and drive revenue.
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team at Engrain. In this role, you'll be instrumental in supporting our day-to-day HR operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our employees. You'll thrive in our dynamic SaaS environment, where flexibility and a passion for people are key.
What you'll do...
- Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Prepare and process new hire paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Assist with offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and paperwork.
- Employee Records & Data Management:
- Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Generate HR reports and provide data analysis as needed.
- Manage employee files and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements.
- Benefits & Payroll Support:
- Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Answer employee questions regarding benefits and payroll.
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee data.
- HR Administration & Support:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee events and training programs.
- Address employee inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Recruitment Support:
- Schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person) and manage candidate communication.
- Assist with posting job descriptions on various platforms and track applicant progress.
- Coordinate background checks and reference checks.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Compliance & Policy:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Help maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
What you offer us...
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 2 years of experience in an HR support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheet, etc).
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems (familiarity with Paylocity is a plus).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a strong work ethic.
- Passion for people and a desire to contribute to a positive company culture.
- Understanding of the SaaS industry is a plus.
Bonus Points:
- Experience working in a startup or fast-growing SaaS company.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification (in progress or completed).

- Salary Disclosure for Colorado: hourly rate of up to $28.00 - $30.00/hour. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate’s experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
