About the Role :
As the QA / QC Coordinator , you will play a critical role in ensuring that all site installations meet company, client, and industry quality standards. You will collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to maintain compliance, conduct inspections, and uphold best practices in construction quality management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and manage the QA / QC program across project sites.
- Coordinate quality inspections with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Assist with the coordination of nondestructive testing and quality verifications.
- Ensure compliance with contract specifications, national standards, and company policies .
- Lead QA / QC discussions in weekly subcontractor meetings.
- Conduct and participate in site audits to ensure quality and compliance.
- Review and approve QC technical submittals for the project team and client.
- Monitor and enforce quality control plans from subcontractors.
- Identify and address quality-related issues proactively.
- Utilize QA / QC software to track inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
