As a Mechanical Design Engineer at Engtal, you will be working on custom machine projects from concept to manufacturing.
You will create and maintain technical documentation, work on prototyping, troubleshooting, and design improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop mechanical systems, components, and products.
- Create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings for manufacturing using Solidworks.
- Optimize designs for performance, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness while considering regulatory and safety requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A background in machinery or tooling.
Experience in automation.
Experience with 3D CAD software (Solidworks or Inventor).
Great communication and collaboration skills.
Working knowledge of FEA and GD&T.
