Position Overview:
As a key member of the Business Development team, the Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving growth and sales across the Senior Living and Luxury Hotel & Resort sectors. This role requires a highly motivated, experienced professional who will generate and nurture leads, transforming them into actionable opportunities. By engaging with potential clients and collaborating closely with internal teams, the Senior Business Development Executive will focus on generating proposal-driven sales opportunities for the company’s design and construction services within these specialized markets.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute a lead generation plan that aligns with the company's marketing initiatives, focusing on established contacts in the Senior Living and Luxury Hotel/Resort sectors.
- Business Growth: Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients within these sectors, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Promote Company Services: Represent and promote the company's design and construction services to a network of past, current, and potential clients, with an emphasis on high-end residential, Senior Living, and luxury hospitality markets.
- Long-Term Client Relationships: Establish strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and identifying opportunities that support mutual success.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content for campaigns, sales materials, and promotional efforts aimed at generating leads and supporting business objectives.
- Industry Events: Attend key industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events. Engage in meaningful conversations, build brand awareness, and generate high-quality leads. Provide measurable ROI through pre-show preparation, lead tracking, and post-event follow-ups.
- Sales Process Management: Complete the initial sales phase and work with internal teams to define project requirements, ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to project execution.
- Regional Travel: Regularly travel within the assigned region to conduct site visits, client meetings, attend conferences, and engage with teams.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:
- Proven Business Development Experience: A strong track record of success in sales and business development within the AEC industry, particularly in Senior Living or Luxury Hotel/Resort markets.
- Industry Expertise: Experience selling design or construction services to Senior Living communities or luxury hotel and resort brands, with a solid understanding of their specific needs.
- Established Network: A well-developed network of contacts within the targeted industries, capable of opening doors and creating opportunities.
- Professional Licenses: Preferred (but not required) licenses in architecture, engineering, or design.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient with CRM systems, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Engagement in Industry Groups: Active participation in professional organizations or community groups related to business development and AEC industries is a plus.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
