In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting their financial advisors and their valued clientele. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks critical to maintaining smooth account operations and exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with client account opening and ongoing maintenance processes.
- Facilitate client transaction requests efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with custodians to ensure seamless asset transfers.
- Proactively address and resolve any account transfer issues.
- Partner with the Operations & Compliance Manager to maintain accurate client records and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for fostering positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and external vendors.
You possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software (e.g., Tamarac CRM).
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Team player with a positive and professional demeanor.
Experience in the financial services industry, particularly RIA or Family Office settings, is a plus.
