Key Responsibilities :
Oversee full project lifecycles—from concept to commissioning—ensuring budget, timeline, and quality goals are met.
Manage high-mix production lines, including hybrid / electric and internal combustion components.
Lead cross-functional teams of project managers, engineers, and technical staff, promoting innovation and best practices.
Optimize resources and budgets while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations.
Integrate emerging technologies like AI, IoT, and digital twins into project workflows
What We’re Looking For :
10 years of industrial automation project management experience, with 5 years in powertrain assembly.
Strong background in PLC systems, robotics (Fanuc / ABB), and CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Proven ability to manage $10M projects and lead cross-functional teams of 20 members.
Experience in risk management, resource optimization, and large-scale project execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field (Master’s / MBA preferred).
Bonus Points For :
Experience with EV battery pack assembly and hybrid systems.
Knowledge of Industry 4.0, digital twins, and predictive maintenance.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
