What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Executive position at Engtal?
We are Engtal. And we are on a mission to build the world's best company to work for in the world!
Engtal is an award-winning, rapidly expanding recruitment firm that works with some of the leading and fastest growing companies in the Engineering, Technology, Finance, and Construction industries.
We were recently named as one of the fastest growing staffing firms in the US, and we’re currently looking for a Sales Executive to help support the growth of our fastest growing, most exciting divisions.
What we offer
- The best company culture in Chicago. OK, we're biased. We have, however, won multiple awards for our culture and boast a near-perfect Glassdoor rating. With companywide trips to Miami, Nashville, and Las Vegas, we always go the extra mile to bring our teams together, whether with drinks after work, intramural sports or in-office happy hours.
- Industry-leading retention. We have outstanding staff retention, with just one voluntary leaver this year.
- The chance to give back. We run our non-profit, Diversify the Future, which funds scholarships for unrepresented groups to obtain STEM degrees.
- Outstanding training & development. We’ve got a track record of hiring fresh graduates and developing them into market-leading rockstars. Our bespoke, intensive, and tailored training program is the envy of the industry!
- Rapid growth. We're looking to double in size each of the next 3 years, and we're hiring today for the Managers, Directors, and VPs of tomorrow.
- Outstanding compensation. We want money-motivated individuals working hard to benefit from our best-in-class compensation plan. You'll have the opportunity to make life changing money from day one.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prospect for and develop relationships with our target market's various exciting and dynamic customers. This involves cold calling, outbound email, LinkedIn marketing, and attending networking events.
- Conduct client and candidate meetings via Zoom or in person
- Build your brand on social media and create engaging content to attract clients and candidates.
- Headhunt for talent and conduct screening calls while building a network of candidates in your technical niche.
- Host networking events and become a thought leader in your specific technical market.
- Manage the interview process with client and candidate from submission to offer stage and handle offer negotiation.
Essential Criteria:
- A minimum of 6 months business-to-business sales experience
- Ability to work from our downtown Chicago office (we have a hybrid schedule, but prefer people who like to be in an office)
- Strong work ethic. This is not a 9 to 5. You'll be pushed, developed, and challenged; we only accept people wiling to go the extra mile.
- A positive, solutions-oriented individual who has a "glass half full" mentality
- Tangible examples of our core values: Positivity, Drive & Innovation
- Preferred degrees: Business, Marketing, or anything Entrepreneurial. Any degree will be considered.
Salary : $65,000 - $120,000
