Job Title: Remote Account Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented work from home Account Executive to build strong client relationships, close deals, and drive revenue growth. In this fully remote role, you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and account management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and inbound leads.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term success and revenue growth.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and contract negotiations.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account success.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management in a remote work setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or consultative selling.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Background in a high-growth or startup environment is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year commission (based on experience and performance).
