Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Director at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Austin, TX. The Branch Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing staff, ensuring quality patient care, developing strategic plans, and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Leadership, Management, and Team Building skills
- Experience in Home Health or Hospice care
- Knowledge of Healthcare Regulations and Compliance
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Certification in Home Health and Hospice Management (CHHP) is a plus
