Home Health Clinical Supervisor
Job Summary:
- The Branch Manager is a Registered Nurse who's primary function is the day-to-day direction of branch operation and clinical services to ensure quality care and efficient operations,
- Ensures quality of patient care in the home, reviews Evaluation and OASIS documentation to ensure proper service provision and utilization; OASIS accuracy, and appropriate POC development.
- Coordinate care between physicians, patients, and field staff. Review and approve orders, assist with case conferences, and interdisciplinary care coordination.

– Job Type: Office Position, Home Health, Registered Nurse
– Work Hours: Monday - Friday and Admin on-call rotation
– Compensation: Salary dependent on experience. On-call pay. Mileage reimbursement.
– Location: On-site Bastrop office.
– Experience:
- Home Health RN: 2 years (Required)
- Home Health Management: 1 year (Preferred)
