Hospice Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our hospice care team. As a Hospice RN, you will work with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care during the final stages of life.

As a Hospice RN, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in private homes, residential care facilities, and other hospice environments.
• Working collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans.
• Supervising licensed vocational/practical nurses and nursing aides.
• Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Hold a current RN license in the state of employment.
• Have a valid state driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and dependable transportation.
• Possess at least one year of clinical experience, preferably in home health or hospice settings.
