Registered Nurse Hospice Care Provider

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our hospice care team. As a Hospice RN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives by providing high-quality care during the final stages of life.

As a Hospice RN, your primary duties will include:

• Delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, including private homes and residential care facilities.
• Collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Supervising LVNs/LPNs and CNAs to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

To excel in this position, you must:

• Hold a current RN license in the state of employment.
• Have a valid state driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Possess at least one year of clinical experience, preferably in home health or hospice settings.
