Position Overview

Enhance Health is looking for a Dialer & CRM Operations Coordinator to support our call center operations. This role will assist in maintaining our dialer system (Five9) and CRM (Salesforce) to ensure smooth operations for our sales and customer service teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the daily setup, configuration, and monitoring of the call center dialer system to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the CRM system (Salesforce) by maintaining data accuracy and assisting users with basic troubleshooting.
• Work with the Workforce Management team to monitor real-time call activity and help adjust dialer settings as needed.
• Analyze call center data to identify trends and provide basic reports for leadership.
• Assist in training agents on best practices for using the dialer system effectively.
• Communicate key performance updates to team leads and managers.
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to call center operations.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and enhance call center efficiency.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 1 years of experience in a call center, workforce management, or tech support role (or relevant internship experience).

✅ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

✅ Comfortable working with data and learning new systems.

✅ Basic understanding of CRM or dialer systems (experience with Five9 or Salesforce is a plus but not required).

✅ Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams.

✅ Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
