Sales Associate - We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, will be a self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The job is to promote the offerings of Enhance Pros to meet the customer's needs for their home improvement projects, and help them make their investment.

These services include but are not limited to roof replacement, home siding, deck installation, door replacement, window replacement and our newest offering.. bath and shower replacements in as little as one day!

Duties:

* Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and drive professional individual and business growth.

* Negotiate sales contracts and agreements.

*Demonstrate proficiency in technology sales to effectively promote products.

* Analyze market, trends, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies.

* Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Being fluent in Spanish can be a big plus as well!

Experience: proven experience in sales, preferably in direct to customer sales. Ability to analyze market and customer preferences to drive sales. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals successfully. Prior experience in customer service roles is beneficial.
