We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Administrator to support our Human Resources team and help ensure smooth operations in various HR functions. If you're passionate about HR, detail-oriented, and eager to make a difference, we would love to meet you!

As an HR Administrator , you will be responsible for providing administrative support across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and record-keeping. You will be an integral part of our HR team, assisting in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring that HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all paperwork is completed and employees have the necessary tools and information.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Administer employee benefits, assisting with enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
  • Handle HR-related inquiries and provide support on various HR issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, including employee attendance, performance reviews, and compensation data.
  • Coordinate training programs and help track employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist with the organization of employee engagement activities and events.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documentation.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in record-keeping and data management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
