Responsibilities:
•    Responsible for performing general housekeeping duties in resident apartments and common areas that includes but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, and emptying trash
•    Responsible for high quality laundry services to residents in accordance with company standards, which include collecting, washing, drying, folding, and delivering garments and linens to residents
•    Ensure that the community is kept clean and sanitized at all times by following the housekeeping schedule designed for the community
•    Ensures all vacated and model apartments are "show-ready"
•    Maintains housekeeping cart and laundry room(s) in a clean and orderly manner

•    Ability to multi-task and relate well with residents and their families
•    Self-starter, creative, organized, and professional
•    High School diploma or GED equivalent
•    Must be at least 18 years of age
