After years of frustration with project after project burning way too much time and money on the same inevitable BAS issues, Enica Engineering’s founding members created a new approach to delivering BAS optimization and energy projects that is reshaping the industry. We are an engineering firm whose services and value revolve around our industry-leading BAS controls expertise and our unique hands-on project delivery approach. We offer a full life-cycle range of services from project development, HVAC/BAS control system design, Control System Optimization™, project integration, commissioning, energy optimization, and field engineering services.

We primarily service clients in the biotech, pharma, higher education, hospital, and mission critical industries who own and operate multiple facilities in their portfolio that require properly functioning control systems to maintain critical operation and achieve energy savings. 

We are looking for candidates interested in:

• Managing and delivering high quality BAS Projects on time and under budget
• Managing a team of high-performing engineering professionals
• Continuous self-improvement and desire to grow into senior management positions as the company grows

Experience in the following areas:

• 8 to 10 years of experience with BAS project delivery, BAS engineering, MEP design, commissioning, retro-commissioning, or building energy projects.
• Professional Engineer license and other industry accreditations are beneficial but not a must.
