Job Description:
Tier One IT Analyst Technician

Basic Function/Responsibilities:
- Handle Tier 1 escalations through tickets.
- Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely updates and resolution.
- Provide internal system and deskside support of Windows PCs, Apple iPad and iPhone devices, thin clients, printers, desk and mobile phones, and other technology used in a typical office.
- Create accounts and configure hardware as part of on-boarding process.
- Support audio and video equipment in conference rooms.
- Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed.
- Familiarity with common operating systems such as Windows 10 as well as use of cloud office systems such as Office 365.
- Familiarity with typical PC hardware, thin clients, printers, scanners, computer peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users.
- An ability to learn technical material.
- Exceptional organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to lift moderate loads of up to 20 pounds to a height of 3-4 feet.
- Ability to drive to company locations within the greater Pittsburgh area. A valid Pennsylvania driver's license is required along with a vehicle in good condition.
