The Billing/Cash posting Specialist is a team player and is responsible for effective communication and coordination with teammates and clients to obtain the maximum benefits. This is a full-time, on-site position. You'll play a critical role in managing the billing and cash posting process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in insurance claims.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience preferred, with insurance claims, denials management, and reimbursement billing and posting processes.
- Demonstrated ability to create accurate and detailed billing reports.
- Prior experience with SUD billing and posting payments with OON/INN insurance.
- Understanding of insurance terminology (out-of-network benefits vs. in-network benefits, EOB’s, coinsurance, co-pays, and deductibles) and all general billing practices.
