Lead, manage and coordinate the construction and installation of plant, pipeline and station facilities, meter stations, O&M projects, and capital projects in accordance with Company policies/procedures and required regulations. Duties include:
- Manage construction and installation of plant, pipeline and station facilities
- Interact and communicate with customers, vendors, contractors, surveyors, NDT personnel, regulatory agencies and the public
- Lead the construction execution team to complete projects on time and on budget
- Participate in the preparation of construction estimates and AFE’s
- Complete regular accounting/finance functions such as cost forecasts and accruals
- Prepare bid packages, show jobs, analyze and award bids
- Procure construction materials
- Plan and coordinate construction job assignments for inspectors
- Closeout projects to have all required documentation, reports, and construction information
- Perform duties independently with minimal supervision
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- 10 years’ experience in the construction of plant and station facilities, gas pipelines, and related appurtenances REQUIRED; plant experience preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of the required design and welding codes
- Knowledge and understanding of construction codes and regulations such as ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, API 1104, CFR Title 49 Part 192 and 195
- Ability to read and comprehend plant, pipeline, and station drawings, piping diagrams, alignment sheets, and P&ID’s
- Basic computer skills using Word and Excel
- Must possess valid Driver’s License
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and is subject to random DOT drug testing
- Must be willing to perform physical duties in outdoor environment
- Willing to travel out of town as needed to manage project activities
- Must be self-motivated
