Responsibilities
Lead, manage and coordinate the construction and installation of plant, pipeline and station facilities, meter stations, O&M projects, and capital projects in accordance with Company policies / procedures and required regulations. Duties include :
- Manage construction and installation of plant, pipeline and station facilities
- Interact and communicate with customers, vendors, contractors, surveyors, NDT personnel, regulatory agencies and the public
- Lead the construction execution team to complete projects on time and on budget
- Participate in the preparation of construction estimates and AFE's
- Complete regular accounting / finance functions such as cost forecasts and accruals
- Prepare bid packages, show jobs, analyze and award bids
- Procure construction materials
- Plan and coordinate construction job assignments for inspectors
- Closeout projects to have all required documentation, reports, and construction information
- Perform duties independently with minimal supervision
