What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Operator Programmer position at Enlistment Solutions?
Must Have Lathe and Mill Experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Read technical drawings and set up the machines in accordance with specified blueprints
- Develop Program for CNC machines in an organized, methodical, cost effective manner
- Commit to plant safety procedures and work with safety committee team members
- Perform quality assurance tests to ensure products meet design specifications Supports AS9100 & ISO requirements for quality policy and procedures
- Adjust machine cutting paths or settings to optimize production while maintaining quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with machines as they arise
- Machine parts to hold tolerances per blueprint or solid modeling specifications
Job Requirements:
- 3 years’ machining experience
- Able to program via manual, conversational or CAM software
- GD&T knowledge preferred
- Willing to work overtime as required
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of MasterCam is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
