What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Relations Manager position at Enlivant?
Solving Problems
- Conducts comprehensive discovery process with prospective residents, their family members and personal representatives.
- Educates potential residents and family members on Enlivant as a solutions provider.
Team Leadership
- Schedules and leads community tours with prospective residents and trains community staff on touring protocols.
- Ensure all community marketing materials are updated and available for community use.
Relationship Building
- Nurtures and develops meaningful relationships through outside sales calls with paid and unpaid referrals sources including discharge planners, senior centers, hospital, and other facilities serving seniors.
- Coordinate with community leadership team to complete all activities required for a new resident move-in.
Owning Results
- Generate sales leads through offline referral partner outreach, marketing initiatives, and community events.
- Forecast and reports accurate monthly move-ins.
- Utilizes SEER pricing system.
- Respond to all, calls, emails, internet, or in-person lead inquires (preferably in 24hours)
Growing the Business
- Effectively converts leads to tours to move-ins through complete lead management and discovery process.
- Coordinates and implements a team selling approach with the community leadership team.
- Organizes and leads the planning, marketing, promotion, and execution of strategic marketing events with assistance from other community team members.
- Develops strategies and identifies opportunities for increasing community revenue.
