Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food Service Team Member. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper and efficient operation of the food service station during your shift, within company policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare all fresh made-to-order food items
- Maintain all self-service food offerings, including coffee, fresh case items, dispensers, fountain machines, and condiment centers
- Load product into the fresh case as needed
- Operate the cash register
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting every customer with a smile and sincere greeting
- Maintain high levels of sanitation
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels for freshness and availability
- Stock back stock, fill condiments, supplies, and rotate product by received date
Safety and Station Appearance
You will be responsible for minimizing safety risks to employees, customers, and suppliers, maintaining a safe and secure store environment, and promoting a positive image of the company.
