About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate at Golden Pantry Food, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards for cleanliness and safety.
  • Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently, processing transactions and handling customer payments.
  • Stock shelves and coolers with merchandise, ensuring that products are properly displayed and facing forward.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including counting inventory and balancing cash drawers.

Physical Demands
The physical demands of this role include standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and bending to stock shelves and coolers. You must also be able to react quickly in emergency situations, such as a fire alarm going off.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
