Key Responsibilities:
- Provides therapeutic treatment and crisis intervention for assigned consumers and/or families in home, office, and in-community settings.
- Recognizes and responds appropriately to the latent and manifest content of consumer responses, providing support and feedback regarding their therapeutic needs.
- Defines the needs or problems of assigned consumers and sets goals, implementing differential intervention strategies as needed.
- Attends conferences, meetings, and trainings related to each assigned case, ensuring accurate completion of required reports and paperwork.
