Clinical Therapist Position

Job Overview:

The Ennis Center For Children seeks a skilled Clinical Therapist to provide therapeutic services to assigned caseloads. This role involves working with Agency consumers and their families in home and community settings, providing individual, family, and group counseling activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides therapeutic treatment and crisis intervention for assigned consumers and/or families in home, office, and in-community settings.
• Recognizes and responds appropriately to the latent and manifest content of consumer responses, providing support and feedback regarding their therapeutic needs.
• Defines the needs or problems of assigned consumers and sets goals, implementing differential intervention strategies as needed.
• Attends conferences, meetings, and trainings related to each assigned case, ensuring accurate completion of required reports and paperwork.

Core Responsibilities:

• Promotes a positive working environment within the Agency.
• Maintains professional and respectful demeanor with Agency employees, consumers, visitors, and the public.
• Actively participates in training, staff meetings, and Agency activities as required.
