As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be integral to supporting the HR department in various functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR management. Reporting to the General Manager, you will utilize your core skills in communication and human resources to foster a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Support the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues
- Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis
-Answer phones and respond to email requests

Skills:
- Experience in employee relations to address concerns and foster a positive work environment
