Job description
We are seeking a Full-time Intake Nurse to work remotely and support our in Freehold, NJ market!

Position Responsibilities :
- Answering phones, receives all referral and intake information.
- Complete referral / intake forms and route them appropriately for admission approval.
- Assist in the scheduling of appropriately skilled person to fill the case, inputs scheduling information on the computer.
- Check common working files for Medicare Coverage and verification of benefit period.
- Perform other duties as directed.
