Your Day-to-Day :

Conduct thorough assessments to provide individualized care through brief counseling , group therapy , and individual therapy .

Collaborate with a team of diverse professionals, providing your expertise for the best possible care and treatment.

Facilitate patient transitions to external resources and services, ensuring patients have the support they need to thrive long after they leave care.

Provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for individuals and groups struggling with Substance Use Disorders (SUD), promoting personal growth and long-term recovery.

Empower individuals and families with practical tools and life strategies to overcome the challenges that matter most to them.

Work closely with your team to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans designed to meet each patient's unique needs.

What We’re Looking For :

12 months of experience in a clinical setting within the last 3 years.

A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited school.

An active LMFT license in California.

A compassionate, team-oriented, and driven mindset ready to engage with clients and professionals alike.
