We are seeking an Oracle SCM Solution Architect / Project Manager to join our team at ennVee!
You will be responsible for leading the implementation, customization, and management of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions. You will manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring that SCM solutions meet client requirements and are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This is a critical leadership role requiring both deep functional expertise in Oracle SCM modules and strong project management skills.
The right individual will possess the ability to oversee a team of Consultants and Client personnel, while being accountable for guiding them through all phases of projects as well as designing solutions for clients’ needs. The role requires a blend of strategic leadership, systems design, and hands-on functional expertise.
Working in partnership with clients, the role involves a range of duties, including project scoping, solution design, project planning, communication, coordination, issue management, risk reduction, escalation, and budget tracking. This individual will provide functional support as well as serve as a liaison between technical and client-side resources during implementation and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent project management and leadership abilities and possess a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
We are considering applicants for a hybrid work setting in Chicagoland/Naperville area, hybrid means two days per week onsite at our Naperville office.
In addition, this role will involve close coordination with project and support colleagues across the globe.

What will you be doing?
· Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle SCM solutions, including implementation, upgrades, and enhancements
· Manage client relationships, understand their business needs, and provide expert guidance on SCM best practices using Oracle
· Lead cross-functional teams consisting of technical and functional consultants, ensuring successful project execution
· Define project scope, objectives, and timelines; create detailed project plans and track progress to ensure timely delivery
· Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and resolve any issues or risks
· Provide thought leadership on Oracle SCM functionality and best practices, ensuring that solutions align with client objectives and business processes
· Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle SCM modules
· Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and team members
· Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring that the project is delivered within scope and meets client expectations
· Ensure quality assurance and adherence to project governance, standards, and methodology
· Work with a global team to ensure successful project delivery from start to finish
Who you are – We’d love to hear from you if you have:
· Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education plus relevant experience, in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Management, Business Administration, or related technical field
· 12 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SCM, consisting of at least 5 years of Project Management experience
· 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM cloud applications
· Strong expertise in Oracle SCM modules, including Inventory, Order Management, Logistics, Procurement, and Manufacturing
· Previous experience in a project management role, leading Oracle SCM projects from initiation to go-live.
· Proficiency in project management methodologies
· Excellent understanding of SCM business processes, including supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and inventory management
· Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels
· Ability to identify risks and issues early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
