As a Bilingual Caseworker, you would report to the Manager of Operations. Caseworkers are responsible for any and all record retrieval needs that meet/exceed consistent performance expectations of our clients.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Communicate directly with Customer Service Representatives on Action Required cases that need direction/assistance to complete retrieval of records.
- Maintain call queues, email boxes, phone calls in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with Facility/Copy Services in the retrieval of records to include, but not limited to inbound/outbound phone calls, email communications, fax/mailing of requests and related documents, payments of invoices, etc.
- Provide feedback on best practices and enhancements to improve workflows
Assist in Training internal team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Previous Call Center CSR & Direct Client Relations Experience Required
- Experience with Special Authorizations, Copy Services, Record REview, and Insurance And/or Claims Office Experience is a Plus!
- Great Customer Service, Attention to Detail and Highly Dependable
- Excellent negotiating and decision-making skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- Strong PC Knowledge skill set
- Legally residing within the U.S.
- Secured, HIPAA compliant home office set up

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
