Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative - APS Retrieval Services, you would report to the Manager of Operations. The Customer Service Representative will support direct communication and assistance to clients with any/all record retrieval needs, in addition to, working with other team members to ensure client expectation are achieved on a consistent basis.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Communicate directly with clients on Action Required cases that need direction/assistance to complete retrieval of records
  • Support client inquiries for assistance on record retrieval
  • Maintain manager queues, email, and phone calls in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with Facility/Copy Services to assist in the retrieval of records
  • Provide feedback on best practices and enhancements to improve workflows
  • Assist in Training both internal and external team members and stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Previous Call Center CSR & Direct Client Relations Experience Required
  • Experience with Special Authorizations, Copy Services, Record REview, and Insurance And/or Claims Office Experience is a Plus!
  • Great Customer Service, Attention to Detail and Highly Dependable
  • Excellent negotiating and decision-making skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Strong PC Knowledge skill set
  • Legally residing within the U.S.
  • Secured, HIPAA compliant home office set up

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
