Required Skills:
Responsible for the maintenance of Technology Endpoints within the Physical Security within the Lenel OnGuard environment.
This includes operational support for the Client's Physical Access Control Technologies PACT team.
This resource will do programming of new zones/readers within the Lenel OnGuard application troubleshoot remote installations of panels and badge readers and resolve support tickets related to Lenel.
The team supports incident and problem management endpoint and application configuration and hardware controllers badge readers Interface boards etc. lifecycle management.
