What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Visual Designer (Hybrid) position at Enova?
About the role :
The Senior Visual Designer is responsible for guiding the visual direction for Enova's brands and the creation of digital assets for multimedia and digital communications. They design creative solutions for a variety of digital projects and also provide feedback to the design team, in addition to the design manager, on their projects to ensure alignment with the brand and business goals. They collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and work in small concentrated teams to deliver designs that are creative, on-brand, mobile-first and align with technical and accessibility standards. The Senior Visual Designer takes ideas from concept to execution, and also produces work based on existing functionality. This role also contributes to brand assets together with the Design Manager to shape brand visuals.
Responsibilities :
- Work on the creation of digital projects : websites, emails, HTML5 banner ads, blog / social media graphics, and occasional branding and print with business objectives top of mind.
- Lead internal-client kickoff, creative review, and pitch meetings.
- Assist the Design Manager in reviewing projects, providing feedback to the design team on their projects, maintaining assets, templates and team processes.
- Research and consistently implement technologies and keep up with emerging trends in web, email and digital design.

Our services include copy and content writing, digital design, UX design, front-end development, and production.
Compensation :
The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $65,000 to $90,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus and restricted stock units. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
