Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with Scrum Master expertise to lead high-impact IT projects, including infrastructure implementations, technical deployments, and security-focused initiatives. This is a 100% onsite role in Omaha, NE, ideal for a local professional with strong Agile and client-facing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage client implementations, conversions, and technical projects end-to-end
Collaborate with engineers, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful sprint delivery
Drive Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
Oversee risk, issue, and scope change management across project phases
Provide consultative input to internal and external clients on systems and product features
Maintain project schedules, resource allocations, and communication plans
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiency
Required Skills & Experience:
5 years of project management experience, with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Proven track record managing technical IT projects, especially infrastructure or security-related
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Hands-on experience with Agile tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
Ability to work onsite in Omaha, NE (5 days a week)
Flexible to work after hours/weekends when required
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP and/or SAFe /Scrum certification
Background in the financial industry or with U.S. Federal Government agencies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
